Do you have bad breath? (Just nod silently, I won’t tell!) I don’t have bad breath (denial) but I gave this trio of products designed for fresh breath by Therabreath a try and I’m here to tell ya, they work. If I had a problem. Which I don’t. 
You don’t really need to have a problem with bad breath to want fresh breath, do you? The mandarin mint flavor lozenges, fresh breath toothpaste and oral rinse also help reverse dry mouth as well.
I tried the lozenges first. They have a strong mint flavor and I immediately felt my tongue tingle from the “proprietary mouth wetting agent stimulating production of saliva.” They say that saliva is nature’s most effective way of fighting bad breath germs…so bring it. And Ed said my breath smelled minty and fresh.
For about five minutes after the mint was gone I still felt that tingling sensation. These mints don’t mess around. A box of 100 retails for $13.00.
The toothpaste, with aloe vera for healthy gums, contains no sodium lauryl sulfate. It is pretty thick, but clear and doesn’t have a strong taste. Again, minty smelling breath was the result…so while I can’t speak to whether or not the sugar bugs (as we call them in my house) were sent packing, my breath was good! A 4 oz. tube retails for $10.50 but is on sale on their website right now for $6.99.
The oral rinse seemed almost like swishing with water but had a very faint mint after taste. Ed said it tasted weird…I’m guessing because we are used to the strong taste of other mouth washes on the market. But I liked it. It didn’t taste like alcohol or medicine…things I do not like in a mouth wash. The 16 oz. bottle retails for $10.50.
