Love, Love, LOVE my iphone

Ok, so maybe AT&T didn’t exactly exceed my expectations. I had to wait every single bit of the 7-10 days they told me it would take to arrive. And maybe the whole antenna, duct tape thing is kind of a bummer. But I am LOVING my iphone.

When I can actually can get my hands on it. Because my eight-year-old son also loves my iphone. And he actually knows how to use it.(I’m still learning).

He’s already downloaded a bijillion apps (“but they’re FREE, mom!) one of which is a cat you can make talk funny and punch it in its face. Nice. Real nice. (“But you are allergic to cats, mom – so it’ll be fun…for YOU!”)

Yes. I can foresee a million instances where that face punching cat app will literally save my life.

But all that aside – it is so much better than my other phone. Really, I don’t know why I’ve waited so long. In car line to pick up my son from day camp today I checked the weather, my exact location on GPS, I replied to several emails and – yes – I even punched the cat a couple times just for kicks and giggles. (I am HIGHLY allergic to cats).

So if you are on the fence about the iphone – let me tell you. I’m a happy camper.

I hope you're coverage is better out in the burbs than here in town. We get dropped calls on AT&T *all* the time! However, I love my iphone enough to put up with it.

Have you and your son found the Cake Doodle app? It's a fun one. There's Cupcake Doodle too and I think both are free.
